Bakers Pride P24S Description
Cooking at temperatures between 140 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, the Bakers Pride P24S HearthBake oven features incoloy heating elements that can withstand frequent heating and cooling without sustaining damage. To provide strength and corrosion resistance, its baking chamber is made of aluminized steel and is equipped with one removable cordierite hearth deck that can be removed for cleaning. To ensure operators are alerted when the baking cycle completes, it features a 15-minute mechanical timer with a continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off.
Suitable for environments where it experiences heavy use, the Bakers Pride P24S countertop pizza oven's exterior is constructed of stainless steel. Such metal resists corroding, rusting, and scratching, and can be wiped clean quickly. This fully insulated unit increases energy efficiency and minimizes heat loss. For countertop placement, it measures 26 inches wide, 28 inches deep, and 17 inches high.
