Bakers Pride GP-52 Description
Part of the GP series, the Bakers Pride GP-52 countertop pizza oven is designed to bake bakery items such as pretzels, pizza, and flat breads. This unit's lower deck is optimal for rapid baking, while its upper deck provides enhanced precision for slower bakes. For added flexibility, operators can remove the upper decks to create a single 12-inch-tall deck. The bottom-hinged doors are equipped with field-reversible handles, and multiple ovens can be stacked on one another to conserve space. Its stainless steel exterior enhances the overall durability and simplifies cleaning, and it comes with 4-inch adjustable legs.
The Bakers Pride GP-52 commercial oven runs on LP gas, and its combination valve includes pilot safety, a manual gas valve, and gas regulator. This unit's modulating thermostat enhances its energy efficiency, and its temperature ranges from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Its cordierite decks withstand exposure to high heat.
