Garland UN17R120 Description
The Garland UN17R120 Polar Cuisine refrigerated base incorporates polyurethane foam insulation to conserve cold air between drawer openings and lessen strain on the cooling system. With a stainless steel and ABS shell that resists denting and cracking, its four-section design sits on sturdy 6-inch legs and measures 120 inches wide by 32 3⁄4 inches deep by 26 3⁄16 inches high. Eight 27-inch drawers hold 16 full-size hotel pans for versatile ingredient storage. The condensate evaporator preserves a sanitary environment, and its digitally controlled remote system is powered by R404A refrigerant, limiting ambient heat transfer near hot cooklines.
