The Hoshizaki KM-1340MAJ ice machine head can make 1,275 pounds of ice in 24 hours if ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. CycleSaver™ technology increases ice production in less cycles than most standard units. It produces crescent cube ice, which fits in glasses with a curved side, filling up drinkware to hold more ice and less drink. Antimicrobial protection is integrated into the components to slow bacteria growth, and the alert system warns the operator of system issues. Made of stainless steel, the evaporator and exterior on the Hoshizaki KM-1340MAJ ice machine head are rust resistant and simple to clean.
