American Range ARSM-36 Description
Using a manually controlled infrared burner, the American Range ARSM-36 gas salamander broiler can melt cheese, heat dishes, and toast bread. This burner type is useful for distributing heat evenly throughout foods, and to start the unit, it has a standing pilot for instant ignition. To maintain hot temperatures, the heavy-gauge body is insulated.
The American Range ARSM-36 salamander broiler streamlines cleaning with a stainless steel body and has a large drain pan that catches grease and food particles. To withstand repeated use, its construction is durable, and for loading and unloading the grid rack, the unit rolls out.
