This 36" restaurant range with 2 burners and a24" griddle with 3/4" thick grill plate was created for consistent heavy duty use and performance. This range is a jaw dropping value for the quality and functionality it provides. Featuring four burners and one oven this range is ideal for restaurants, diners, or even private use. The burners of this oven are heavy duty cast iron grates, rated at 32,000 BTUs per hour, that have a two piece lift off design and are exceptionally easy to clean. There is also one standing pilot for each burner for instant ignition meaning your food is prepared fast and your patrons are happier. This 36" restaurant range even includes a full width drip pan.

This range comes with a highly polished thick steel griddle plate that features a manual control valve for each burner.
