Southbend P36-CM Description
The Southbend P36-CM infrared cheese melter has a 90-second preheat time and a dual valve that controls the left and right burners. Stainless steel strengthens the unit, and its double-walled back and sides retain heat. A chrome-plated rack offers even heating on five rack guides, and crumbs are collected in a removable tray for cleanup. The melter can be installed in ranges, countertops, or walls.
