Town SM-24-L-SS-N Description
The Town SM-24-L-SS-P commercial smoker oven is good for smoking food such as meats and cheese, adding flavors to enhance the finished product. Its thermostat can be set from 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, granting operators a wide range of cooking options to accommodate different products. Three tubular burners provide heat for the cabinet.
This Town SM-24-L-SS-P meat smoker oven is constructed of steel to increase its strength and resilience. With its solid door and inch of fiberglass insulation, the oven's cabinet is built to contain heat and reduce potential thermal loss. Its control valve is solid brass, adding length of life and resistance to gas corrosion.
