Ideal for baking environments, the Chicago Metallic 40565 bread pan features a nonstick interior treated with AMERICOAT® ePlus silicone glaze. This proprietary, PFOA-free coating supports reliable release while minimizing the need for added grease. To help preserve the glaze, this pan should be hand washed and measures 9 inches long by 4 1⁄2 inches wide by 2 3⁄4 inches deep. Its 26-gauge aluminized steel construction resists wear, and a wire-enforced rim helps the pan retain shape over time.
