Traulsen RHF132WP-HHS Description
The Traulsen RHF132WP-HHS full-height heated holding cabinet is built with a ducted heating system that constantly circulates warm air to maintain temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To improve temperature stability and reduce energy consumption, the cabinet's full interior perimeter is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane with an average thickness of 2 inches. Solid stainless steel Dutch doors are installed on both sides of the cabinet, permitting pass-thru operations between kitchen stations or the kitchen and a serving line.
The digital control system of the Traulsen RHF132WP-HHS full-height heated holding cabinet is designed with a series of alarms that notify staff of circumstances such as power failure, a door left ajar, or a temperature that is too high or low. If the power fails, the control system logs the time of failure, time of startup, and temperature at startup, which is helpful information that can reduce food waste. To increase visibility when checking food, incandescent lighting is automatically turned on when a door is opened.
