Traulsen RHF132WP-FHG Description
Because the Traulsen RHF132WP-FHG pass-thru heated holding cabinet has a Smart Control panel, temperature and setting selections are streamlined to save time in busy kitchens. An alarm sounds if the cabinet's internal temperature rises above or falls below the temperature differential set by the user and will notify staff if the door is left open or power fails. An incandescent, shatter-proof lightbulb is included to increase visibility when the cabinet door is open.
Built to withstand heavy use, the Traulsen RHF132WP-FHG heated holding cabinet's interior and exterior are constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel, with seamless, one-piece corners. It's insulated with thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, which improves the cabinet's ability to maintain temperatures while reducing energy consumption. It comes standard with three adjustable chrome-plated shelves that rest on pilasters welded to the interior during production. With a full-height glass door on either side of the cabinet, it serves as a pass-thru model and can be placed between two stations to save space.
