Traulsen RHF132W-FHG Description
The Traulsen RHF132W-FHG insulated heated cabinet is constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel that resists minor dents, rust, and corrosion. The reach-in cabinet has a single full-length glass door that provides staff with immediate visibility to the interior and prevents unnecessary heat loss. Adjustable, 6-inch stainless steel legs on the bottom of the cabinet help keep the unit level and stable, and instead of simply radiating heat, the cabinet is equipped with a duct system that circulates air to improve startup times and eliminate cold pockets.
Located on the front of the Traulsen RHF132W-FHG insulated heated cabinet, the digital control panel readily displays the current temperature and status of the fan and heater. A series of alarms notify operators if the temperature moves outside of the set range, the power fails, or the door is left open. These alarms help safeguard food quality in busy kitchens when staff can't constantly monitor the cabinet. It measures 29 7⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches tall and comes standard with three adjustable shelves.
