Made of anodized aluminum along the interior and sides, the Traulsen G31311 three-section freezer resists corrosion and remains durable over time. With its 69.15-cubic-foot capacity, this freezer is best-suited for high-volume restaurant settings. It features nine epoxy-coated shelves that help separate space, EZ-Clean gaskets for heightened sanitation, and LED interior lighting to promote visibility. These storage compartments are sealed with three stainless steel doors that resist rust and corrosion. The unit itself sits atop four 6-inch-high casters that can be locked.
The Traulsen G31311 reach-in refrigeration unit maintains temperatures between 0 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit, though it can be adjusted to a low of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit’s self-contained cooling system includes a simple-to-clean condenser, an air-cooled compressor, and a non-electric condensate evaporator paired with an evaporator coil.
