Traulsen G31001 Description
Featuring half-sized doors made of stainless steel, the Traulsen G31001 reach-in freezer holds temperatures between 0 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit. These doors resist rust and corrosion and are paired with EZ-Clean gaskets that facilitate heightened sanitation. This unit’s interior and sides are made of anodized aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance. Its three sections provide 69.15 cubic feet of space, which is ideal for most commercial settings, and are spaced out with nine epoxy-coated shelves in total. This piece is paired with four 6-inch-high casters that lock for movement and safety.
The Traulsen G31001 commercial refrigeration unit is part of the Dealer’s Choice series and features a self-contained and top-mounted cooling system. It includes a condensate evaporator atop, a high-humidity evaporator coil placed outside the food zone, and an air-cooled compressor. This freezer utilizes R290 refrigerant for consistent performance.
