Traulsen G21016P Description
The Traulsen G21016P two-section pass-thru refrigerator holds temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using the microprocessor three-digit LED display, which communicates conditions in Fahrenheit and Celsius. Its self-contained refrigeration system is located at the top to reduce the accumulation of dust that could clog integral components. The self-contained system includes a front-facing condenser, air-cooled compressor, and large evaporator, and is best-suited for quick installation in any kitchen. This refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
The Traulsen G21016P reach-in refrigerator provides 50.63-cubic feet of interior space; its two-section space holds six factory-installed shelves inside. The unit’s body has four doors that can be configured to be left- or right-hinged, with gasket profiles to provide a secure closure. This refrigerator has a pass-thru design, and the doors stay open past 120 degrees for simple stocking processes. Users can flip the exterior switch to activate the LED lighting system inside the cabinet. For durability, the cabinet front is made of stainless steel, and the interior is constructed of anodized aluminum. 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation contains the cold, reducing energy expenditure.
