The Traulsen AHF232WP-FHG insulated heated cabinet has two sections in its 58-inch-wide by 37 15⁄16-inch-deep by 83 1⁄4-inch-high structure to accommodate food until it's served. It maintains temperatures from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and it utilizes a ducted fan air distribution system for uniform heating. To further promote even heating, the six wire shelves have gaps that enable air to circulate through them and around product. These shelves can be adjusted to suit a range of applications.

When the doors on the Traulsen AHF232WP-FHG full-height heated cabinet are opened, incandescent lights are automatically activated to illuminate product. The cabinet has a pass-thru design with doors on each side to facilitate product retrieval. Due to the doors' glass construction, employees can view food held inside without letting energy escape. This unit contains high-density polyurethane insulation to further preserve energy and reduce heat loss.
