Traulsen AHF132W-HHS Description
Incandescent lights in the Traulsen AHF132W-HHS insulated heated cabinet activate automatically when the half-height doors are opened. To facilitate cabinet loading, these solid doors can be propped open 120 degrees, and they self-close to reduce energy loss in case an employee leaves them open. High-density polyurethane insulation is built into the cabinet to further preserve heat and energy. The temperature can be adjusted from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Traulsen AHF132W-HHS full-height heated cabinet comes with three adjustable shelves made of wire to promote airflow. Positioned on adjustable legs, this unit can be installed on uneven surfaces without wobbling. The exterior is made of durable stainless steel, and to provide additional strength, the interior is constructed of resilient aluminum. Overall, this unit measures 29 7⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches high.
