Built for durability in addition to aesthetics, the Federal CGR5042DZ bakery case features a rust-resistant steel base and a black laminate exterior that complements established themes. A dual-zone model, it has a refrigerated left side and non-refrigerated right side to merchandise a variety of pastries, breads, and baked desserts. The refrigeration system is self-contained, making it simple to install. It maintains average temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees, which operators can monitor using the unit's built-in thermometer and temperature control.
The Federal CGR5042DZ bakery case is a full-service model equipped with sliding glass rear doors and a curved glass front that highlights available goods.
