Perlick FR48RT-3 Description
Designed for cooling and storing simultaneously, the Perlick FR48RT-3 glass chiller’s exterior measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep 34 1⁄8 inches high with a 12.5-cubic-feet interior space. This space can hold 214 glasses and has two slide-configured doors made of stainless steel for rust and corrosion resistance. These doors have diecast handles and door frame heaters to minimize ice buildup. The walls and floor are made of stainless steel to withstand intense use.
This Perlick FR48RT-3 glass chiller’s refrigeration system is self-contained, utilizing capillary tubes, a condenser, and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold cold temperatures. It holds temperatures between -10 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is suitable for glasses and plates. During operation, the condensate evaporator pan reduces moisture inside, while the defrost system works to minimize frost on coils and components.
