Shun TDM0722 Description
Featuring a straight blade profile, the Shun TDM0722 utility knife is built for control across a range of slicing applications. The 6 1⁄2-inch length falls between a chef’s knife and paring knife, offering versatility for mid-sized tasks. Its unique edge includes serrations at both the tip and heel, with a fine edge in the center to help prevent tearing while slicing foods with varied textures. A pointed tip supports detailed prep and piercing cuts. Constructed of VG-MAX steel and clad in 68 layers of stainless Damascus, the blade is designed to retain its edge and resist staining. Part of the Shun Premier series, this knife is fitted with a contoured walnut PakkaWood® handle to support a steady grip during cutting tasks.
