Vollrath 90223 Description
Engineered for compatibility with the SPV plastic pan line, the Vollrath 90223 Super Pan 3® food pan integrates seamlessly into existing systems. Its top flange corners are designed with concave indentations to minimize sticking, while ramped sides and a framing shoulder promote smooth stacking and handling. Measuring 12 13⁄16 inches long by 10 7⁄16 inches wide by 2 1⁄2 inches high, this perforated, half-size model is made of 22-gauge 300 series stainless steel and includes a reverse form-flattened edge that prevents warping.
