This Vollrath Tribute stainless steel 3.5 quart sauce pan provides the best in even heating!
With 3-ply construction from the base to the rim, this stainless steel 3.5 quart sauce pan heats evenly without hot spots. The cooking surface is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel and neutral to taste and will not affect food color. The exterior is constructed of 18/0 stainless steel and is easy to clean and ideal for gas, electric and induction. The heavy duty ergonomic handles are comfortable to use and feature durable stainless steel rivets. This maintains proper shape under constant commercial use due to 3-ply construction. The low profile stainless rivets are ideal for easy cleaning and durability. The durable 3004 aluminum core provides even heat on the bottom and pan and side walls.
