The Vollrath 77640 stock pot is made of 18/18 stainless steel to prevent any impact with food's taste or color. Great for repeated use, it has a durable carbon steel core. Welded handles on each side enable employees to transport the pot even when it's full, and to tell how much product is left in the pot, capacities are etched in quarts and liters. With a 57 1⁄2-quart capacity, it can be used to make sauces and soups, and the narrow shape preserves liquids and forces them to bubble up to maximize flavor.
