Vollrath 7277160 Description
To account for rush times and slow periods, this Vollrath 7277160 Cayenne® heated shelf is divided into a front and back heat zone to maximize holding and save energy as needed. Each section has a correlating thermostatic control built onto the unit's right side for accessibility. As temperature levels are adjusted, a durable, rope-style heating element warms the unit's aluminum core which distributes heat evenly across the stainless steel top to minimize temperature fluctuations.
With its 60-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep by 5 3⁄4-inch-high design, this Vollrath 7277160 heated shelf warmer can be incorporated into serving lines and pass-through stations. To retain its original appearance through frequent use, its stainless steel outer construction and surface is made of stainless steel—an exceptionally durable, corrosion-, rust-, and wear-resistant metal. For simple cleaning, this smooth surface can be wiped clean, and its welded corners prevent the harboring of bacteria and food residue.
