Vollrath 7277136 Description
Adaptable to both front- and back-of house holding applications, the Vollrath 7277136 Cayenne® measures 36 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 2 3⁄4 inches high. For placement on self-service and kitchen wait stations, pass-through areas, and serving lines, its durable stainless steel surface and outer construction is corrosion and rust resistant. Its smooth, metallic surface comes to welded corners for additional strength and to simplify cleaning.
The Vollrath 7277136 heated shelf's rope-style heating element efficiently warms the aluminum core for uniform heat distribution. Two accessible, right-aligned heat controls regulate the units' front and back heat zones so contents with different holding requirements can be held on the same surface. Because the heat zones operate independently, one can be turned off during slow periods for energy conservation.
