Vollrath 72051 Description
With its convenient water drain, the Vollrath 72051 Cayenne® countertop food warmer can hold four third-size, 6-inch deep pans—one more than full-size warmers. This unit can be monitored through a lighted on/off switch, low-water indicator light, and front-access temperature dials. The wide, dripless lip wraps snugly around pans and insets while draining moisture back into the well for exceptional food quality. The food warmer has a safe, self-insulating stainless steel exterior and a nonstick aluminum dome heater for energy efficiency.
The Vollrath 72051 food warmer is able to heat refrigerated but cooked food from 40 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit in just 90 minutes, and when operating at its best, it can maintain temperatures above 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Food in covered pans stays hottest, and stirring it ensures even heating throughout. Nonskid feet help the unit stay stable on countertops, and the 6-ft. power cord is adaptable and can be rotated 360 degrees.
