Vollrath 72040 Description
Designed to hold 4 1⁄8-quart insets, the Vollrath 72040 Cayenne® twin countertop soup warmer provides flexibility within minimal space. In 90 minutes, it can reheat food from the refrigerator to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Its band heating element helps warm soup on all sides. This unit features coated aluminum wells and a stainless steel exterior to prevent heat from escaping to the surface. Front-access dials ensure the temperature can be precisely adjusted. In covered food pans, food can be held at a consistent 150 degrees Fahrenheit with proper stirring and water levels.
