Vollrath 69504F Description
The Vollrath 69504F Mirage® Ultra induction fajita skillet heater has digital controls that ensure user-friendly operation. To prevent spills from damaging its components, the heater's control panel is sloped so liquids can drain away. Users can choose from three preprogrammed heat settings, depending on their time constraints and required temperature.
The 69504F induction fajita heater has a stainless steel case and a vitro ceramic top—materials that are durable and easy to clean. It's mounted on rubber feet so it won't slip around during use. Only cast iron fajita skillets should be heated on the heater since it's not designed for regular cooking.
