Vollrath 68733 Description
The Vollrath 68733 sauté pan has a 3-quart capacity, making it useful for stir frying, browning, and sautéing. Constructed of 6-gauge 3004 aluminum, it's durable and conducts heat efficiently. Its TriVent® insulated handle is made of silicone and endures temperatures of 450 degrees Fahrenheit for continuous use and 600 degrees Fahrenheit for intermittent use. To permanently bind the handle to the pan, it's triple riveted.
