Vollrath 68660 Description
The Vollrath 68660 stock pot is made of aluminum and reinforced at the top and bottom to increase its resilience and length of service life. This aluminum construction also grants the pot resistance to acidic foods such as tomato products. It has a 60-quart capacity for space to hold large batches of soup, broth, or other products, so restaurant kitchens can produce for high-volume customer traffic.
