Vollrath 55001 Description
This Vollrath 55001 manual dicer is equipped with a blade assembly that produces 3⁄8-inch dices. The equipment's blades are thermoset so they'll never need to be tightened or adjusted. The dicer can accommodate large fruits and vegetable in its 5-inch-square cutting area. This dicer has been NSF certified for its ability to be cleaned and sanitized easily.
A sled leg base gives the dicer superior stability and durability and allows for containers as tall as 6 inches to be placed underneath. More than a dozen additional blade assemblies are available for the Vollrath 55001 dicer that can equip the equipment to dice, slice, chop, and wedge foods into a number of different sizes. Each of those assemblies are sold separately.
