Vollrath 4109 Description
To effectively conduct heat, the Vollrath 4109 Wear-Ever® Classic Select® Jacob's Pride® saucepan has a 3004 aluminum alloy construction. Its top edges and bottom are double thick for strength, suiting it for use in a high-volume environment. For facilitated lifting and carrying, it's equipped with a riveted, non-insulated handle. This saucepan accommodates 6 1⁄2 quarts to simmer sauces and boil water for cooking, and it measures 6 inches deep with a 10-inch inner diameter.
