Vollrath 4070 Description
Able to hold as many as 3 quarts of product, the Vollrath 4070 Wear-Ever® saute pan measures 2 3⁄8 inches deep by 10 inches in diameter. Made of heavy-duty aluminum alloy, it withstands back-to-back use for long periods of time. Its handle is secured in place with rivets, and because it’s not insulated, it can get hot easily.
