Vollrath 4068 Description
The Vollrath 4068 Wear-Ever® saute pan has a 2 3⁄8-inch depth to help protect users and adjacent surfaces from splattering food while it's cooking. Designed for browning and sauteing vegetables, this 8-inch-diameter pan has a 2-quart capacity. Made of aluminum alloy, it withstands high-volume use and long-term exposure to high temperatures. Equipped with an uninsulated handle, it can become hot during use.
