Vollrath 3902 Description
Great for long, slow cooking, the Vollrath 3902 Optio™ sauce pot can be used to simmer stews and soups. The stainless steel construction is resistant to warping, discoloration, and flavor transfer, and because stainless steel has iron in it, this pot is compatible with induction cooktops. Measuring 9 1⁄2 inches in diameter by 6 3⁄8 inches high, the pot has a 6 3⁄4-quart capacity.
