The Vollrath 36130 Signature Server® hot food bar is a mobile serving station equipped with three full-size wells that support wet operation for maintaining consistent food temperatures. Each 12-inch by 20-inch well is paired with a manifold drain system to simplify water removal, while the Touch Temp control panel provides heat management across the unit. Its stainless steel top and enclosed base house internal components and storage, and the modular design enables integration with other serving units in buffet or cafeteria layouts.
