Vollrath 3602 Description
The Vollrath 3602 Centurion® induction saute pan works best for browning vegetables, poaching eggs, and stir-frying food with its 3 1⁄4-inch depth. With a 2 1⁄2-quart capacity, it measures 8 inches in diameter. It’s made of stainless steel, which resists retaining flavors from previous meals, pitting, and discoloring, and its bottom is aluminum clad for quick heating and uniform cooking results. After use, food can be wiped off quickly because the surface is coated with a nonstick material. Made of stainless steel, the welded-in-place handle is hollow, airtight, and waterproof, but it can get hot during use because it is uninsulated.
