Vollrath 3151 Description
Measuring 7 3⁄4 inches in diameter by 3 inches high, the Vollrath 3151 sauté pan has a 2 1⁄4-quart capacity. Its aluminum-clad bottom efficiently conducts heat, which is great for cooking quickly with oil and high heat. The pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel, resisting rust, corrosion, dents, and scratches. A versatile unit compatible with induction equipment, it can be used for poaching, stewing, and stir frying.
