Vollrath 3150 Description
For quick cooking, the Vollrath 3150 induction sauté pan can be used with oil and high heat. Its 1 3⁄4-quart capacity can be used for stir frying and browning meats and vegetables. Durable for high-volume use, this piece of cookware has a heat-conductive aluminum-clad bottom, while the remainder of the pan is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
