Vollrath 3011 Description
The Vollrath 3011 Cool Handle® handle sleeve provides heat protection for operators working with pans on the stove or straight out of the oven. When used intermittently in the oven, it can withstand temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, but with continuous heat, it should only be used up to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Since the material is blue, it stands out and works well in color-coded applications.
