Vollrath 20600 Description
The Vollrath 20600 Super Pan V® false bottom is for use in a sixth-size Super Pan V. Keeping foods fresh during storage, it has small holes throughout its surface that enable water to drain into the bottom of the pan. For protection against rusting and warping, it's made of 300-series stainless steel.
