American Metalcraft CAR9 Description
The American Metalcraft CAR9 pizza pan has a diameter of 8 1⁄2 inches and is made of 14-gauge aluminum, which conducts heat equally across its entire surface to produce small, evenly baked pizzas. The slanted edges of the pan enable it to be stacked with other tapered pans and conserve storage space. This metal must be washed by hand with a mild soap and non-abrasive sponge.
