The high production of this ice maker and integrated storage make this a perfect choice for venues that require high volumes of ice and that have limited space. Ice-O-Matic flake ice makers remove excess water by pushing flaked ice through and extrusion process. This results in high quality flaked ice which is a great choice for venues who have high emphasis on cold beverage menu items. This undercounter flaked ice maker is constructed with a rugged stainless steel transport system that is enclosed in polyurethane insulation. The stainless steel finish of the exterior resists corrosion, dents, scratches, and dirt. This air cooled unit is also filter free so that you don't have to invest in air filter replacements, saving you time and money.
