Quality is declining
We've been using these mitts for several years at our bagel shop. They are a nice length, so your forearms are protected from the full size sheet pans when we take them off of the rack when they come out of the oven. After a couple months they tend to get worn enough to where I buy new mitts to replace them. This time, they arrived a bit thinner material than normal, and developed gashes in them as a result of their new thinness, before we had even used them one week. Over $40 for oven mitts that can't last a week is not something I will do many more times.
