Cambro 300MPC401 Camcarrier Food Pan Carrier - 12x20" Pan, Front-Loading, Slate Blue

This Cambro 300MPC401 can hold up to 4 full-size food pans, giving it a capacity for as much as 36 quarts of food. It's designed to keep hot food hot and cold food for several hours between the time its prepared and served, making it an indispensable resource for caterers. To make life easier on staff, the carrier is stackable with other Camcarriers to make it efficient to stack and transport the equipment. Ergonomic, molded-in handles give users a comfortable grip when they need to lift and carry the units.

This carrier is built with rugged, scratch-resistant polyethylene plastic. It's also insulated with polyethylene foam to provide long holding times. Each Cambro 300MPC401 Camcarrier is equipped with a vent cap that releases excess steam and pressure to maintain the quality of the food being held. To extend the holding times of hot or cold food, this unit can be equipped with the ThermoBarrier or Camchiller system, each of which is sold separately.
