To streamline cleaning, the Cambro 240MPC401 insulated food carrier is safe for dishwasher use. The lid has a vented cap to release steam, preventing pressure buildup during use. Designed for applications where electricity may not be available, this unit's foam insulation ensures product temperatures remain ideal. It has a capacity of 6.3 quarts and accommodates half-size food pans.
The Cambro 240MPC401 Camcarrier® food carrier can be placed on the Camdolly® CD1420 for transportation around a party or large gathering. After use, this unit can be stored with carriers of similar size, and it has stacking lugs so air flows between them during storage.
