Cambro 240MPC186 Description
The Cambro 240MPC186 Camcarrier® food carrier is made of durable polyethylene and has an approximate capacity of 6.3 quarts. Insulated with foam, temperatures in this unit doesn't fluctuate, ensuring food is tasty when served. This unit can be placed on the Camdolly® CD1420 for transport, or it can be carried from place to place to serve food in a banquet hall or at a party.
Intended for use with half-size food pans, the Cambro 240MPC186 insulated food carrier accommodates pans that are anywhere from 2 1⁄2 to 4 inches deep. It can be cleaned in the dishwasher for convenience and can be stored together with other units because of its stacking lugs that prevent dust buildup. To release steam, the lid has a vented cap.
