Cambro 240MPC158 Description
To transport the Cambro 240MPC158 Camcarrier® food carrier, it can fit on the Camdolly® CD1420 model, which must be purchased separately. It holds approximately 6.3 quarts, a good size for storing food for catering applications or parties where electricity isn't available. After use, this unit can be stacked together with other carriers; its stacking lugs enable airflow through the units to prevent dust accumulation. It also can be placed in the dishwasher to facilitate cleaning.
The Cambro 240MPC158 insulated food carrier is made of polyethylene, so it's durable enough to withstand years of high-volume use. Foam insulation prevents warm air from escaping the unit, keeping food warm until it's time to serve it for optimal taste. This carrier's hot red look adds a bright ember of color wherever it's used. It measures 16 1⁄2 inches wide, 13 7⁄8 inches deep, and 7 1⁄2 inches high.
