The Cambro 240MPC157 insulated food carrier comes in coffee beige, a stylish design that blends in with various color schemes. It's dishmachine safe to streamline cleaning, and for storage purposes, it has stacking lugs that provide airflow between it and other units so dust doesn't accumulate. To prevent the buildup of pressure, the lid has a vent cap. This unit can fit in the Camdolly® CD1420, which must be purchased separately.
With a capacity of 6.3 quarts, the Cambro 240MPC157 Camcarrier® food carrier can be used to transport food in banquet halls or at catering events. It's insulated with foam to ensure food stays warm until it's time to serve it, accommodating a half-size food pan 2 1⁄2 to 4 inches deep. This unit is made of durable polyethylene for repeated, high-volume use.
