Cambro 240MPC131 Description
After use, the Cambro 240MPC131 Camcarrier® insulated food carrier can be placed in the dishwasher to streamline cleaning. It's made of polyethylene—a heavy-duty construction that endures the wear and tear of a commercial establishment—and it's insulated with foam to ensure food stays at proper serving temperatures. Because this unit is dark brown, it fits with many color schemes.
The Cambro 240MPC131 food carrier has a capacity of 6.3 quarts and can hold one half-size food pan anywhere from 2 1⁄2 to 4 inches deep; it's designed to fit on the Camdolly® CD1420 model. With stacking lugs, airflow circulates between the carrier and other carriers in storage, reducing the amount of dust that accumulates. This carrier's lid has a vent cap that releases steam to prevent pressure from building.
